KM251 Ponferrada is Jazz is one of the region's leading cultural events and a must for jazz enthusiasts and cultural travellers visiting the heart of El Bierzo. Held every year in Ponferrada, the festival offers a unique experience that blends exceptional jazz performances with the city's rich historical and architectural heritage.

At the end of August, Ponferrada becomes a meeting point for musicians and audiences from around the world, with free concerts staged in the streets as well as iconic venues such as the Templar Castle and the Bergidum Municipal Theatre.

Each edition presents a carefully curated programme of acclaimed national and international artists, covering everything from classic jazz to innovative cross-genre performances.
